No Letters of Rec Required for Transfer Applicants
Many of you are aware that engineering transfer applicants are not required to submit letters of recommendation. Our application (the Common App + USC Supplement) provides us with the information we need to make an admission decision. That said some applicants really, really want to submit a letter of recommendation – and you certainly may.
